Description of Services
La Vierge is a premium wine brand, with a vineyard located on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge and or winery and tasting room in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley both just outside of Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa. Our services include the cultivation of grapes, the harvesting and processing of these grapes into wine, wine tastings, and the sale of our wines both on-site and online. We offer a selection of quality wines for sale to our customers.
Order Process
We offer two methods for placing orders:
Online Orders – Customers can place orders through our website, selecting from our available wine range.
On-Site Orders – Customers are also welcome to visit the La Vierge vineyard to purchase wine directly from our cellar door.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and payment must be made before your order is processed.
Delivery
Online orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order. Please note that delivery to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer. Standard shipping and delivery charges are applicable and will be calculated at checkout.
Method of Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Online – Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) and instant EFT.
On-Site – Card payments (Visa, MasterCard).
Payments must be made in full before any goods are shipped or made available for pick-up.
Returns and Refunds
If the product received is damaged or defective upon delivery, La Vierge will, at the customer’s request, offer a replacement of the damaged product.
Returns must be requested within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product.
All returned products must be sealed and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
If you are unhappy with a product for any other reason, we will, at our sole discretion, issue a refund once the product is returned to us, provided it is unopened and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, if applicable.
Refunds, if accepted, shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) days.
